Appointment Policy

We encourage you to schedule your appointment at least two weeks in advance to reserve the most convenient time for your schedule.  


Please arrive on time to your appointment to avoid any delay of our next appointment. While we make every effort to perform your entire procedure on time.  Arriving more than 10 mins late may result in the cancellation of your appointment and a cancellation fee may apply.

New Appointments

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to complete any documents, consents, etc.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact our office 24 hour in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid our $50 cancellation fee.  By scheduling an appointment,  you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.

Gift Certificates & Gift Card

Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable, non transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities.

Payment Policy

Payments for all individual treatments, procedures are due at the time of service. All packages must be paid in full at the time of your first treatment. We do not offer payment plans or financing, however, we do accept CareCredit. All services are final sale; there are no refunds or credit issued for any service, including but not limited to; Microdermabrasions, Chemical Peels, Tinting, Botox, Fillers, Dysport, Microneedling, Dermplaning, Products, Microblading. We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express.   We DO NOT accept personal checks.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on services rendered. 

Products: No refunds on products. In the event there is a documented adverse reaction from the product. Product may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase for an in-store credit only. Defective products (i.e., broken, damaged )may be exchanged for the same product within 14 days of purchase.
